Description
18k gold pocket watch, Zenith, black enameled, Grand Prix Award, Paris 1900 #228119 and Zenith # 2452715, 1 3/4" diameter, with original deer skin cover. Approximately 59.35 grams TW. The back cover of the watch is engraved with "A" and crown for Alexander. The watch was given to King Alexander I of Yugoslavia (reigned from 1921 to 1934) by his wife Maria, on the first year anniversary of their marriage. It has personal family value for the Karadjordjevic dynasty. Their grandsons are still alive and living in London and Los Angeles. Provenance: From the Estate of Branimir Zivkovic.
